Had a great workout today! So what made it so great? I did my SeXercise DVD workout as I have been doing 5 times per week for the past 2 weeks. But this time, my mother joined me! It was so wonderful being able to share the workout with my MOM! I was so proud to be able to show her what I had worked so hard to create.
My mother is 69 years old and has problems with osteoarthritis in her knees, neck, and low back. But because of the modifications that I provided on the workout DVD, she was still able to do the exercises. I was really excited to hear that she plans to continue to use the SeXercise DVD for her regular exercise regimen.
As for me, I continue to push myself hard during the SeXercise workout. I made this an upper body emphasis day. So I really focused on tight contractions through my arms and shoulders whenever I did exercises involving those body parts. I think it's great that the SeXercise workout allows for you to work the entire body, or place emphasis on certain parts, or modify as needed for individual weaknesses or conditions (such as osteoarthritis).
I'm very happy with my progress as I continue to use the SeXercise DVD as my only workout in preparation for the Arnold Amateur coming up in just two-and-half weeks. Also plan to compete in the Flex Pro Bikini Model Search in 3 days. I think it will be great prep for me as I close in on the Arnold Amateur Bikini Championships.
